태안군이 친환경 차량인 전기자동차와 수소전기자동차 보급을 위해 총 58억여 원의 구매 보조금을 지급한다고 밝혔다. 

올해 전기자동차에는 57억 1400만 원, 수소전기자동차에는 1억 6250만 원이 지원될 예정이며, 예산 소진 시까지 신청을 받을 계획이다.

지원 대상은 전기자동차 361대(승용 233대, 화물 128대)와 수소전기자동차 5대(일반 4대, 우선순위 1대)로 총 366대다. 전기자동차는 1·2차 신청으로 나뉘어 진행되며, 1차 신청은 6월 30일까지 가능하다. 

승용차의 경우 최대 1280만 원, 전기화물차는 최대 2450만 원의 보조금을 받을 수 있다.

신청자는 태안군에 3개월 이상 주소를 두고 있는 18세 이상의 군민과 법인으로 제한된다. 

동일인이 2년 내에 동일 차종을 구매할 경우 보조금이 지원되지 않으며, 수소전기자동차는 '넥쏘' 1종에 대해 1대당 3250만 원의 지원이 이루어진다.

전기차와 수소차의 지원 대상자는 출고·등록 순으로 선정되며, 구매계약 후 판매 업체를 통해 신청해야 한다. 

군 관계자는 “이번 보조금 지급 사업에 많은 관심을 부탁드린다”고 전했다. 자세한 사항은 군 환경산림과 환경지도팀에 문의하면 된다
