지난 27일, 기자가 촬영한 사진에서는 CCTV가 출입문 위에 설치되어 있었으나, 28일에는 완전히 사라진 모습이 담겨 있다. 

 

태안군청 관계자는 CCTV가 고장나서 철거되었다고 설명했지만, 이 설명은 의혹을 더욱 증폭시키는 결과를 낳았다.
