태안군이 2025년을 ‘태안 방문의 해’로 정하고 관광객 유치를 위해 적극적인 노력을 기울이고 있다. 

군 관계자에 따르면, 경제진흥과 문형동 기업유치지원팀장은 사비로 제작한 ‘태안 방문의 해’ 스티커 100장을 태안농공단지 내 업체들에 전달했다. 

이 농공단지는 지역 기업들의 연계 및 활성화를 위한 공간으로, 현재 26개 기업이 입주해 있다. 업체들은 문 팀장의 제안에 동참해 물류차량 50대에 해당 스티커를 부착하며 홍보에 힘을 보탰다.

또한, 경제진흥과 직원 17명은 본인 소유 차량에 스티커를 부착하기로 결정하며 자발적으로 홍보 활동에 나섰다. 

태안농공단지 관계자는 “물류차량들이 전국을 누비는 만큼 홍보 효과가 클 것”이라며 “모두가 태안 방문의 해 홍보대사로서 작은 실천에 나서겠다”고 말했다.

스티커를 부착한 공직자들은 “작은 실천으로 태안을 알릴 수 있어 보람이 크다”는 반응을 보였고, 휴대폰 메신저와 SNS 등에서도 관련 홍보에 나서고 있다. 

태안군은 ‘대한민국의 정원, 태안’을 슬로건으로 정하고, 공직자 모두가 힘을 모아 관광객 만족도를 극대화할 계획이다.
