충남 홍성군이 경기 침체와 내수 부진으로 어려움을 겪는 지역 소상공인을 돕기 위해 다양한 지원책을 추진한다. 경영정상화 자금 지원, 특례보증 확대, 지역사랑상품권 할인 방식 변경 등을 통해 소상공인의 부담을 줄이고 지역 경제를 활성화한다는 계획이다.

오성환 경제문화농업국장은 최근 군정홍보 브리핑에서 이 같은 내용을 발표하며, 소상공인들이 실질적인 혜택을 받을 수 있도록 정책을 지속적으로 발굴·확대하겠다고 밝혔다.

홍성군은 2025년도 제1회 추가경정예산안을 통해 소상공인 경영정상화 지원 예산을 확보했다. 이에 따라 오는 13일부터 신청을 받는다.

지원 대상은 전년도 연매출 1억 원 미만의 소상공인이며, 업체당 50만 원이 지원된다. 신청 접수는 집중접수 기간 동안 홍주문화체육센터에서 진행되며, 이후에는 홍성군 경제정책과 및 각 읍·면 행정복지센터에서도 신청할 수 있다.

홍성군은 소상공인의 금융 부담 완화를 위해 특례보증 예산을 기존보다 3억 원 증액한 8억 원으로 편성했다. 이를 바탕으로 충남신용보증재단에 출연하여 총 96억 원 규모의 특례보증을 지원할 계획이다.

지원 내용은 연 1.5% 대출이자 지원 ,연 0.9% 이내 보증료 우대 적용 ,사업자당 최대 3천만 원 보증한도 적용 등이다. 또한, 상환방식은 2년 거치 후 일시상환 또는 균등상환 중 선택할 수 있어 사업자의 상황에 맞게 조정 가능하다.
