충남 부여군의회가 지난 8일 제291회 임시회 제3차 본회의를 끝으로 12일간 진행된 회기를 마무리했다고 9일 밝혔다. 

이번 임시회는 지난 3월 28일부터 시작해 예산안, 조례 개정안, 행정사무감사 구성 등 주요 현안을 집중적으로 다뤘다.

이날 본회의에서는 예산결산특별위원회, 총무위원회, 산업건설위원회 등 각 상임위원회별로 심의한 총 7건의 안건이 처리됐다. 이 중 4건은 원안대로 가결됐고, 3건은 수정 가결됐다.

예산결산특별위원회는 ▲2025년도 제1회 일반 및 특별회계 추가경정예산안, ▲기금운용계획 변경안 등을 심의했으며, 총무위원회(위원장 서정호)는 ▲부여군 각종 위원회 수당 및 여비 지급 조례 일부 개정안, ▲위원회 설치 및 운영 조례 일부 개정안, ▲공유재산 관리계획안 등을 다뤘다. 산업건설위원회(위원장 장소미)는 ▲농업 및 농촌 근로자 숙소 설치 관련 조례안, ▲농촌공간 재구조화 및 재생 기본계획에 대한 의회의견 청취 건을 상정했다.

이번 회기 중인 지난 3월 28일에는 제1차 본회의가 열려 2025년도 행정사무감사특별위원회가 구성되었으며, 위원장에는 조덕연 의원, 부위원장에는 민병희 의원이 각각 선출됐다. 해당 특별위원회는 오는 6월 9일부터 17일까지 9일간 본청과 직속기관, 16개 읍·면, 지방공기업 및 출자·출연기관 등을 대상으로 행정 전반에 대한 감사를 진행할 예정이다.

김영춘 의장은 폐회사를 통해 “이번 임시회가 군민의 일상에 실질적 도움이 되는 정책 추진의 기반이 되기를 기대한다”며 “앞으로도 집행부와 긴밀히 협력해 군민의 목소리를 정책에 담아내는 의정 활동에 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.

부여군의회는 이번 임시회를 통해 지역 발전과 군민 삶의 질 향상을 위한 제도적 기반을 다지는 데 주력하며, 오는 행정사무감사를 통해 군정 운영의 투명성과 효율성 확보에 박차를 가할 예정이다.
