세종시교육청평생교육원은 청소년들의 진로 설계를 돕고 미래 직업 역량을 강화하기 위해 ‘청소년 직업탐색 꿈지락(樂)’ 사업을 추진하고, 이를 운영할 분야별 전문가의 프로그램 제안을 공모한다.

‘꿈지락’ 사업은 세종시 관내 중·고등학생을 대상으로 하며, 급변하는 미래 사회에 발맞춰 청소년들이 유망 기술을 직접 체험하고 자신의 적성과 흥미를 발견하여 주도적으로 진로를 탐색할 수 있도록 지원하는 사업이다.

이번 공모는 이달 6일부터 오는 13일까지 전자우편 접수를 통해 진행되며, 해당 직업 분야의 전문가, 전공자, 현직 종사자라면 누구나 참여할 수 있다.

특히 이번 프로그램은 산울동에 위치한 평생교육원 이도마루의 최신 시설과 전문화된 공간을 적극 활용하여 운영될 예정이다. 평생교육원은 단순한 이론 강의를 넘어 현장감 있는 실습과 깊이 있는 체험이 가능한 환경을 제공함으로써 프로그램의 질을 한층 높인다는 계획이다.

모집 분야는 미래 유망 기술을 포함해 청소년들의 직업 역량을 키워줄 수 있는 다양한 직업군이며, 선정된 제안자는 평생교육원의 파트너로서 학생들에게 생생한 직업 세계를 안내하는 멘토 역할을 수행하게 된다.

송정순 평생교육원장은 “청소년들이 막연하게 꿈꾸던 직업을 전문가와 함께 구체적으로 체험하며 자신의 길을 찾을 수 있도록 돕는 것이 이번 사업의 핵심.”이라며“우수한 시설과 인프라를 갖춘 평생교육원 이도마루에서 청소년들의 꿈을 함께 키워나갈 역량 있는 전문가분들의 많은 관심과 참여를 바란다.”고 말했다.

The Sejong Metropolitan Office of Education Lifelong Education Center is launching the "Youth Career Exploration: Dream Jilrak (樂)" project to assist youth in career planning and strengthen their future career capabilities. The center is seeking proposals from experts in various fields to run the program.

The "Dream Jilrak" project targets middle and high school students in Sejong City. In keeping with the rapidly changing future society, it supports youth by allowing them to experience promising technologies firsthand, discover their aptitudes and interests, and proactively explore career paths.

The competition will be open to email submissions from March 6th to the 13th. Any professional, major, or current employee in the relevant field is eligible to participate.

This program will utilize the state-of-the-art facilities and specialized space of Idomaru, the Lifelong Education Center located in Sanul-dong. The Lifelong Education Center plans to elevate the quality of its programs by providing an environment that goes beyond simple theoretical lectures and allows for hands-on, hands-on training and in-depth experiences.

Recruitment areas include a wide range of occupations that can develop young people's career capabilities, including promising future technologies. Selected applicants will serve as mentors, guiding students through the vibrant world of work as partners with the Lifelong Education Center.
