최민호 세종특별자치시장이 지역 내 부(富)가 외부로 유출되지 않고 시민과 소상공인에게 재투자되는 '경제 선순환 구조' 확립을 위해 강력한 정책 드라이브를 걸었다. 

지역 화폐 모델의 진화와 더불어 지역 건설업계 보호를 위한 조례 개정까지 시사하며 현장 중심의 행정을 주문했다.

최 시장은 9일 간부회의에서 하나금융그룹과 협약하는 '세종사랑카드'의 도입 의미를 각별히 강조했다. 올해 출시 예정인 이 카드는 사용 금액과 지정 통장 잔액의 일정 비율(각 0.001)을 출연해 지역경제 지원 기금을 조성하는 방식이다.
