세종시 소방본부가 23일 세종소방본부에서 전국소방공무원노조 등 3개 소방노조 대표들과의 간담회를 통해 상호 신뢰를 구축하는 시간을 가졌다.

소방본부에 따르면 이날 간담회는 김용수 본부장 취임 이후 첫 노조와의 소통 자리로, 현장 대원의 근무 여건을 개선하고, 보건·안전 등 주요 현안에 대한 실질적인 협력 방안을 모색하고자 마련됐다.

노조 대표단은 현장 활동에서 발생하는 대원들의 건의사항을 전달했고, 세종소방본부는 이를 통해 더 나은 근무환경을 조성하는 것에 저극 협력하기로 했다.

김용수 소방본부장은 “현장 목소리에 귀 기울이는 것이야말로 조직 변화의 시작”이라며 “노사가 머리를 맞대고 지혜를 모아 조직의 역량을 하나로 결집해 나가자”라고 말했다.
