충남 청양군이 영유아부터 청소년·어르신까지 포괄하는 3대 복지·문화 거점 시설 건립을 순조롭게 추진하며 ‘군민 맞춤형 복지 인프라’ 완성에 박차를 가하고 있다.

청양군은 청양행복누리센터와 정산 다목적 복지관이 오는 3월 준공을 앞두고 막바지 점검에 나섰다고 13일 밝혔다. 여기에 청소년 힐링&문화 복합센터까지 2027년 완공을 목표로 공사가 본격화됐다.

먼저 청양행복누리센터(청양읍 송방리)는 총 335억 원 투입, 지하1·지상4층(8,418㎡) 규모로 평생학습관·육아종합지원센터·가족센터·청소년상담복지센터 등 6개 기관이 원스톱 입주한다. 

정산 다목적 복지관(옛 정산중 부지)은 공정률 93%로 실내 마감 단계에 접어들었다. 연면적 6,096㎡에 유아놀이실·장애인사랑방·청소년문화의집과 2,750㎡ 국민체육센터가 결합돼 산동면 지역의 복지 사각지대를 해소할 전망이다. 3월 준공 후 4월 임시 개관을 목표로 한다.

또 청소년 힐링&문화 복합센터는 지난해 12월 시공사 선정 후 초기 공사(안전 휀스 설치)에 착수, 2027년 3월 완공을 향해 나아간다. 청소년 문화·휴식 공간과 청년 창업 지원 기능을 갖춰 미래 세대 정주 여건을 강화한다.
