한국전통문화대학교는 2월 20일 오후 2시 충남 부여군 교내 체육관에서 2025학년도 학위수여식을 연다. 이번 행사는 23번째 졸업식으로, 전통문화 분야 전문 교육기관으로서의 성과를 대내외에 확인하는 자리다.

올해 졸업생은 박사 9명, 석사 87명, 학사 137명 등 모두 233명이다. 이들은 전통건축, 보존과학, 무형유산, 전통미술공예, 융합고고학 등 각 전공 분야에서 연구와 실습을 이수하고 사회 각 분야로 진출하게 된다. 국가유산 정책 환경이 보존 중심에서 활용·확산으로 확장되는 흐름 속에서, 현장 이해도를 갖춘 전문 인력의 역할은 더욱 중요해지고 있다는 점에서 의미가 적지 않다.

학업 성취도가 뛰어난 7명에게는 문화체육관광부장관상, 국가유산청장상, 한국전통문화대학교총장상 등이 수여된다. 또한 학교 발전과 명예 제고에 기여한 20명에게는 총장상을 비롯해 연안옛길 전통문화상, 총동문회장상, 국립문화유산연구원장상, 국가유산진흥원장상, 한국유교문화진흥원장상, 문화유산국민신탁 이사장상, 유네스코 아태무형유산센터 사무총장상, 국외소재문화유산재단 이사장상, 전통건축수리기술진흥재단 이사장상, 부여군수상 등이 돌아간다.
