충남교육청이 초등돌봄 정책 변화에 대한 이해를 높이고 현장 지원 체계를 강화하기 위해 방과후·돌봄지원센터 업무 담당자들과 정책 공유의 자리를 마련했다.

교육청은 10일 공주교육대학교에서 ‘2026 충남 방과후·돌봄지원센터 업무 담당자 마주봄자리’를 열고, 도교육청과 교육지원청 관계자 57명이 참석한 가운데 올해 초등돌봄 정책 방향과 현장 지원 과제를 함께 점검했다고 밝혔다.

이번 행사는 교육부의 2026년 초등돌봄·교육 시행 방안과 충남교육청의 주요 업무 계획에 발맞춰 마련됐다. 참석자들은 충남 온돌봄 사업 운영 과정에서 나타나는 주요 현안을 공유하고, 학교 현장에서 실질적으로 적용할 수 있는 지원 방안을 함께 모색했다.

이 자리에서는 변화하는 초등돌봄 정책의 전반적인 흐름을 이해하는 한편, 방과후·돌봄지원센터 담당자들이 학교 현장을 뒷받침할 수 있는 실무 역량을 높이는 데도 초점이 맞춰졌다. 정책 방향을 단순히 전달하는 데 그치지 않고, 지역별 여건과 현장 수요를 반영한 지원 체계를 어떻게 구체화할 것인지에 대한 논의도 이뤄졌다.
