대전교육연수원이 교직원과 가족들이 함께 어울리며 쉼과 회복을 누릴 수 있는 ‘교육가족 힐링캠프’를 마련했다. 이번 행사는 새롭게 조성된 교육공동체 힐링파크에서 진행됐으며, 9월 13~14일 열린 1기 캠프를 마친 데 이어 27~28일에는 2기 프로그램이 이어질 예정이다.

캠프에서는 가족 단위 참여가 가능한 복합모험활동 체험을 비롯해 비누 만들기, 네온아트, 도자기 페인팅, 마크라메 등 문화·예술 활동이 운영됐다. 참가자들은 자연 속에서 함께 도전하고 성취를 나누며 가족 간의 유대감을 더욱 돈독히 했다. 저녁 시간에는 레크리에이션이 이어져 서로 다른 가족들이 어울리며 공동체적 분위기를 형성하는 자리도 마련됐다.

대전교육연수원은 이번 프로그램을 교직원과 가족들이 일상에서 벗어나 함께 호흡하며 관계를 돌아보는 기회로 의미를 두고 있다. 연수원은 앞으로도 힐링파크를 활용한 체험형 프로그램을 확대해 교육공동체의 소통과 화합을 넓혀 나간다는 계획이다.

The Daejeon Education Training Institute (DTEI) has organized the "Education Family Healing Camp," a place for faculty, staff, and families to relax and recharge. This event took place at the newly established Education Community Healing Park. Following the first camp held on September 13th and 14th, the second camp will be held on September 27th and 28th.

The camp included family-friendly adventure activities, as well as cultural and artistic activities such as soap making, neon art, ceramic painting, and macramé. Participants strengthened family bonds by taking on challenges and sharing accomplishments in nature. Recreational activities continued in the evening, allowing families from different backgrounds to mingle and build a sense of community.

DTEI sees this program as an opportunity for faculty, staff, and families to escape their daily routines, breathe together, and reflect on their relationships. The institute plans to expand experiential programs utilizing the Healing Park to foster communication and harmony within the education community.
