대전시교육청이 자체 감사 운영의 질적 향상을 위해 본청과 교육지원청 감사 관계자들이 참여한 협의회를 열었다. 최근 3년간 반복 지적 사례를 분석하고 구조적 개선 방안을 마련하며 감사 체계를 고도화한다.

최근 3년 감사 결과를 종합 분석한 결과 보수, 복무, 학교생활기록부 관리 등에서 지속적인 지적이 발생하는 것으로 확인됐다. 이에 따라 반복 지적 상위 유형의 원인 진단과 내부 통제 취약점 점검, 업무 프로세스 개선을 중심으로 한 '반복 지적 감소 프로젝트'를 본격 추진한다.

특히 2026년부터 본청과 교육지원청이 감사 설계 초기부터 공동 참여하는 '공동기획 감사'를 시범 운영한다. 데이터 기반 취약 분야 선정, 테마 공동 설정, 합동 실지 감사를 통해 제도 개선 과제를 도출하는 방식으로 감사 효율성을 높인다.

대전시교육청 이차원 감사관은 "사후 적발 중심 감사를 사전 예방과 개선 중심으로 전환하는 전기를 마련했다"며 "현장 부담을 줄이고 청렴도를 높이는 실효성 있는 감사 행정으로 나아가겠다"고 밝혔다.
