세종특별자치시교육청 학교지원본부가 봄철 지반 약화로 인한 학교 붕괴·화재 사고를 사전 차단하기 위해 민관합동 안전점검에 나선다. 6일 10개교 13개 재해취약시설을 집중 점검하며 학생 안전을 최우선으로 삼는다.

해빙기는 겨울철 얼어붙은 지반이 녹으면서 붕괴, 균열, 토사유실 등 사고 위험이 극도로 높아지는 시기다. 학교지원본부(본부장 이미자)는 이날 관내 재해취약시설 13곳을 대상으로 옹벽, 절개지 토사면, 경사지 등 붕괴 고위험 구역을 중점 점검한다.

주요 점검사항은 옹벽·절토사면의 침하·균열 여부, 지반 침하·토사 유실 상태, 배수시설 관리 실태, 공사장 주변 안전관리, 소방시설 점검 상태 등이다. 현장에서 발견된 즉시조치 대상은 긴급 개선하고, 보강이 필요한 시설은 관련 부서와 협력해 신속히 정비한다.
