충남 논산시의회가 2월 23일부터 3월 5일까지 11일 동안 진행된 제270회 임시회를 성료했다. 

이번 회기에서는 ‘논산시 자율방범대 지원에 관한 조례 일부개정조례안’ 등 12건의 조례안이 원안대로 통과되었고, ‘논산시 출산장려·양육 지원에 관한 조례 일부개정조례안’은 일부 수정 후 가결됐다. 

한편 ‘논산 도시관리계획(용도지역) 결정(변경)안’에 대해서는 반대 의견이 공식 채택됐다.

의회는 또한 2025년도 공모사업 추진 상황과 2026년도 주요 업무 추진계획 보고를 청취하며 분야별 사업 추진 현황을 꼼꼼히 점검하고, 시정 발전을 위한 다각적 대안 마련에 힘썼다.

조용훈 의장은 폐회사에서 “11일간의 회기 동안 함께 노력한 의원들과 공직자들에게 깊은 감사를 전하며, 다음 회기에도 건강한 모습으로 만나길 기대한다”고 밝혔다.

논산시의회는 오는 4월 15일부터 17일까지 3일간 열리는 제271회 임시회에서 조례 및 일반안건 심의를 이어간다.

Nonsan City Council Passes 12 Ordinances at 270th Extraordinary Session

The Nonsan City Council in South Chungcheong Province successfully concluded its 270th Extraordinary Session, which ran for 11 days from February 23rd to March 5th.

During this session, 12 ordinances, including the "Partial Amendment to the Nonsan City Ordinance on Support for Voluntary Neighborhood Watch," passed as originally proposed. The "Partial Amendment to the Nonsan City Ordinance on Childbirth Promotion and Childcare Support" was passed with some revisions.

Meanwhile, the "Nonsan Urban Management Plan (Zone-Use) Decision (Change) Bill" was officially adopted with a dissenting vote.

The council also listened to reports on the progress of the 2025 public offering project and the 2026 major business plan, thoroughly reviewing the progress of projects in each sector and working to develop multifaceted solutions for the development of the city.

In his closing remarks, Speaker Cho Yong-hoon expressed his deep gratitude to the council members and public officials who worked with him during the 11-day session, and he looked forward to seeing them again in good health at the next session.
