국내 중소기업의 기술융합과 협업 성과를 한자리에서 공유하는 ‘2025 중소기업융합대전’이 11월 4일 대전컨벤션센터(DCC)에서 막을 올렸다.

대전시와 중소벤처기업부가 공동 주최하고 중소기업융합중앙회 및 대전세종충남연합회가 주관하는 이번 행사는 올해로 12번째를 맞았다. 전국을 순회하며 열리는 대표 중소기업 교류 행사로, 울산·인천·광주에 이어 올해는 과학기술 중심도시 대전에서 개최됐다.

‘융합과 혁신으로, 중소기업의 미래를 열다’를 주제로 한 이번 행사는 3일 전야제인 ‘네트워크 데이’를 시작으로 4~5일 본행사에서 개막식, 전시회, 세미나, 기술이전 상담회, 출연연 탐방 등 다양한 프로그램이 진행된다.

4일 열린 개막식에는 이장우 대전시장, 노용석 중소벤처기업부 차관, 강환수 중소기업융합중앙회장, 최병필 대전세종충남연합회장 등을 비롯한 중소기업인 1,300여 명이 참석해 협업 우수사례 발표와 유공자 표창, 박영선 전 중기부 장관의 특별강연이 이어졌다.

전시회에는 약 200개 부스가 설치되어 융합대전 수상기업과 지역 우수기업의 혁신제품이 선보이고 창업기업의 성과 전시, 대전시 홍보관, 비즈니스 상담부스 등이 운영된다. 특히 창업기업과 중소기업 간 융합 성과를 소개하는 ‘융합마스터 기업관’이 참가자들의 관심을 모은다.

해외 시장 진출을 지원하는 수출상담회도 함께 마련되었다. 국내 100여 개 기업과 해외 40여 개국 바이어가 만나 1:1 비즈니스 미팅을 진행하며 실질적인 교역 성과를 도모한다.

5일에는 지역 특화 프로그램으로 정부출연연 탐방, 한밭산책 등 대전의 과학·산업 인프라를 체험하는 기회도 제공된다.

대전시는 이번 행사를 통해 전국 중소기업인 약 3,000명이 방문할 것으로 예상되며, 숙박·관광 수요 증가로 지역 경제 활성화에도 긍정적인 효과가 있을 것으로 보고 있다.
