더불어민주당 대전시당이 오는 6월 3일 대통령선거를 앞두고 ‘진짜 대한민국’을 기치로 내건 선거대책위원회를 공식 출범시키며 본격적인 선거전에 돌입했다.

8일 개최된 출범식에서는 학계, 노동계, 종교·시민사회, 과학기술 등 다양한 분야 인사들이 참여한 실무 중심의 ‘경청형 선대위’가 공개됐다. 시민들과의 소통을 최우선에 두고 유권자의 생생한 목소리를 정책으로 전환하겠다는 의지가 담겼다.

선대위는 박정현 시당위원장이 상임선대위원장을 맡아 진두지휘하며, 공동선대위원장으로는 박범계·조승래·장종태.장철민. 박용갑.황정아 국회의원, 허태정 전 대전시장, 김용복 한국노총 대전본부 의장, 김봉태 전 ETRI 원장 대행, 채계순 전 대전시의원이 합류했다.
