충남 서천군의회가 25일 제2차 본회의를 개최하며 9일간의 제329회 임시회 의사일정을 마무리했다. 

이번 임시회는 지난 17일부터 시작되어 다양한 의사안과 사업 점검이 이루어졌다.

임시회 기간 동안 서천군의회는 3월 19일 전북 고창군과 정읍시를 방문하여 우수 사례를 학습하는 관외 현장 방문을 실시했으며, 20일부터 24일까지는 관내 주요 사업장 25곳을 점검하여 사업의 효율성과 적정성을 평가했다.

서천군의회는 또한 조례안과 안건을 처리했다. 

의회는 운영위원회를 통해 심사된 한경석 의원 외 4인이 발의한 서천군 의회 청렴도 향상 조례안, 예산결산특별위원회를 통해 심사된 군수가 제출한 2025년도 기금 운용 계획 변경안, 입법정책위원회를 통해 심사된 김아진 의원 외 5인이 제출한 서천군 장수축하물품 지급에 관한 조례안, 홍성희 의원 외 5인이 제출한 서천군 독서문화 진흥 조례안, 군수가 제출한 전기차 충전소 구축에 따른 공유재산 내 영구시설물 축조 동의안, 그리고 현수막 지정 게시대 관리 업무 민간위탁 동의안이 의결되었다.

이날 본회의에 앞서 한경석 의원은 5분 자유발언을 통해 서천특화시장이 새로운 모습으로 변화해야 하며, 이를 통해 침체된 시장 경제의 부흥을 이끌어야 한다고 강조했다.

Seocheon County Council, 329th extraordinary session ends... inspection of major business sites

The Seocheon County Council of South Chungcheong Province held its 2nd plenary session on the 25th and concluded the 9-day 329th extraordinary session agenda.

This extraordinary session began on the 17th and various agendas and business inspections were conducted.

During the extraordinary session, the Seocheon County Council visited Jeollabuk-do Gochang-gun and Jeongeup-si on March 19th to learn best practices and conducted field visits outside the province. From the 20th to the 24th, the Seocheon County Council inspected 25 major business sites in the province to evaluate the efficiency and appropriateness of the projects.

The Seocheon County Council also processed ordinances and agenda items.

The council passed the Seocheon-gun Council Integrity Improvement Ordinance proposed by Rep. Han Kyung-seok and 4 others, which was reviewed by the Steering Committee, the 2025 Fund Management Plan Amendment Proposal submitted by the County Governor, which was reviewed by the Budget and Settlement Special Committee, the Seocheon-gun Longevity Celebration Gift Provision Ordinance submitted by Rep. Kim Ah-jin and 5 others, which was reviewed by the Legislative Policy Committee, the Seocheon-gun Reading Culture Promotion Ordinance submitted by Rep. Hong Seong-hee and 5 others, the Permanent Facility Construction Agreement on Shared Property Due to the Construction of Electric Vehicle Charging Stations submitted by the County Governor, and the Private Sector Consent Agreement on the Management of Designated Banner Stands.

Before the plenary session on this day, Rep. Han Kyung-seok emphasized in his 5-minute free speech that the Seocheon Special Market should be transformed into a new form and that this should lead to the revival of the stagnant market economy.
