세종시 지역 내 장애인과 비장애인이 함께 이용하는 장애인형 국민체육센터가 28일 반곡동에서 장애인체육회 및 단체 등 40여 명이 참석한 가운데 개관식을 열고 본격적인 운영에 나선다.
