조상호 세종시장 당선인이 9일 인수위원회 조직과 명단을 발표했다. 

시정 5기 인수위원장은 김영 고려대 세종캠퍼스 前 부총장이 맡았으며 7개 분과와 3개 T/F 체제로 분야별 전문성과 현장 경험을 갖춘 각계 전문가와 시민 대표 등 20명의 위원이 참여한다.

시정 전반에 대한 정책 점검과 공약 실행 방안 마련에 나설  7개 분과는 △기획조정 △보건복지 △문화체육관광 △도시주택환경 △균형발전교통 △안전자치 △경제산업분과로 구성됐으며  △행정수도 △재정안정화 △상권활성화 등 3개 T/F를 운영해 세종시 핵심 현안에 대한 전략 마련과 실행 방안 도출에 집중할 계획이다.

인수위 운영을 총괄하는 부위원장은 시정 전반에 대한 이해도가 높은 박성수 前 세종시 의원이  시민 및 언론과의 소통 창구역할을 수행할 대변인에는  이현정 시의원이 맡았다.

인수위 실무를 총괄하는 기획조정분과는 문서진 더불어민주당 세종시당 수석부위원장이 분과장 및 총괄 간사를 맡고 이소연 前 국회의원 보좌관이 참여한다.

각 분과에는 분야별 전문성과 현장성을 갖춘 인수위원들이 참여해 시민 중심의 정책 방향과 실행력 강화에 힘을 보탠다.

보건복지분과는 민길례 세종시 지체장애인협회 사무처장이 분과장을 맡고 손성실 前 세종시 어린이집 연합회 민간분과 위원장이 참여한다.

문화체육분관광분과는 안경주 前 대통령 직속 국가균형발전위원회 위촉 위원이 분과장을 맡고, 임재일 前 공주대학교 객원교수가 참여한다.

도시주택환경분과는 조판기 국토연구원 부원장이 분과장을 맡고 황재훈 행정중심복합도시 총괄 기획가가 참여한다.

균형발전교통분과는 최인자 前 세종시 농업기술센터 소장이 분과장을 맡고 김강산 우문현답 교통포럼 대표가 함께 참여한다.

안전자치분과는 서한순 전 인사혁신처 국장이 분과장을 맡고 박기용 한국국토정보교육원 교수가 참여한다.

경제산업분과는 백유미 중부대학교 교수가 분과장을 맡고 정명식 한국노총 세종지역본부 의장이 참여한다.

행정수도 TF는 황치환 한국 YMCA 전국연맹 부이사장이 팀장을 맡고 차현숙 한국법제연구원 혁신법제센터장이 참여한다.

재정안정화 TF는 박동완 前 국정기획위원회 특별보좌관이 팀장을 맡고 이현정 세종시 의원이 겸임한다.

상권활성화 TF는 임재일 교수가 겸임한다.

한편 , 인수위원회는 오는 10일 오전 10시 집현동 행복누림터에 마련된 인수위 사무실에서 현판식과 위촉식을 갖고 공식적인 활동에 들어간다.

Sejong Mayor-elect Cho Sang-ho announced the organization and list of the Transition Committee on the 9th.

In the Planning and Coordination Subcommittee, which oversees the practical work of the Transition Committee, Moon Seo-jin, Senior Vice Chairman of the Democratic Party of Korea’s Sejong City Chapter, serves as the Subcommittee Head and General Secretary, with participation from Lee So-yeon, a former aide to a National Assembly member.

Transition Committee members with expertise in their respective fields and practical experience are participating in each subcommittee to contribute to strengthening citizen-centered policy directions and implementation capabilities.

In the Health and Welfare Subcommittee, Min Gil-rye, Secretary General of the Sejong City Association of the Physically Disabled, serves as the Subcommittee Head, and Son Seong-sil, former Chairperson of the Private Sector Subcommittee of the Sejong City Association of Daycare Centers, participates.

In the Culture, Sports, and Tourism Subcommittee, Ahn Kyung-ju, a former appointed member of the Presidential Committee on Balanced National Development, serves as the Subcommittee Head, and Lim Jae-il, a former visiting professor at Gongju University, participates. The Urban Housing and Environment Subcommittee is chaired by Cho Pan-ki, Vice President of the Korea Institute of Land Research, and includes Hwang Jae-hoon, Chief Planner for the Multifunctional Administrative City.
