대전광역시교육청이 일선 교육 현장의 청렴도 향상과 공직 기강 확립을 위해 대대적인 행동강령책임관 교육에 나섰다. 

대전시교육청은 6월 8일 대전교육과학연구원에서 관내 학교 및 교육기관의 행동강령책임관 340여 명을 소집해 '2026년 맞춤형 청렴교육'을 진행한다고 밝혔다.

행동강령책임관은 각급 학교의 교감이나 산하 직속기관의 총무 부서장 등이 맡는 보직이다. 이들은 소속 구성원들이 공무원 행동강령을 철저히 준수하도록 관리·감독하는 것은 물론, 위반 행위에 대한 제보 접수와 고충 상담을 처리하는 핵심적인 역할을 담당한다.

이번 연수는 행동강령책임관들의 업무 전문성을 한층 높여 교육 현장에 공정하고 투명한 조직문화를 정착시키고자 기획됐다. 

교육청은 외부 청렴교육 전문강사를 초빙해 오전과 오후로 나누어 교육을 전개하며, 청탁금지법과 이해충돌방지법, 공무원 행동강령 등 핵심 반부패 법령과 지침을 실제 현장 사례를 바탕으로 상세히 풀어낼 예정이다.

특히 일선 학교와 기관에서 빈번하게 발생할 수 있는 직무상 권한 남용, 부당한 지시, 이해충돌 우려 상황 등을 집중적으로 다룬다. 

구체적인 예시와 명확한 대응 가이드라인을 제공함으로써, 책임관들이 실제 업무 과정에서 마주하는 문제들을 유연하고 정확하게 해결할 수 있도록 실무 역량을 강화하는 데 초점을 맞췄다.
