충청남도와 충남사회서비스원이 ‘2026년 충청남도 청소년정책제안대회’ 참가자를 모집한다.

이번 대회는 청소년들이 지역사회 문제를 발굴하고 대안을 제시함으로써 민주시민으로 성장할 수 있는 발판을 마련하기 위해 기획됐다. 

도내에 거주하거나 도내 교육기관에 재학 중인 9~24세 청소년이라면 개인 혹은 팀 단위로 누구나 참여 가능하다.

공모 주제는 ‘청소년이 만드는, 더 나은 충청남도’다. 제7차 청소년 정책 기본계획(2023~2027)의 취지에 따라 건강하고 균형 있는 성장을 위해 필요한 정책을 제안하면 된다.

공모 분야는 '경제·일자리, 안전, 문화관광, 복지보건, 교육, 환경, 지역소멸, 해양 환경, 교통, 주거' 등 도정 전반을 아우른다.

참가를 희망하는 이들은 오는 8일까지 네이버 폼을 통해 우선 접수를 마쳐야 한다.

이후 16일 온라인(ZOOM)으로 진행되는 ‘참여예산교육’을 이수한 뒤, 전자우편(cnbongsai@daum.net)으로 정식 신청서를 제출하면 된다. 

도는 6월 5일 서류 심사를 거쳐 본선 진출 10개 팀을 선발하며, 선정된 팀에게는 전문가의 정책 제안서 컨설팅 기회가 제공된다. 보완된 제안서를 바탕으로 오는 8월 13일 대망의 본선 대회가 열린다.

시상은 연령층을 고려해 9~15세와 16~24세 두 그룹으로 나누어 진행된다. 

대상(1팀)에게는 최대 100만 원의 상금과 충남사회서비스원장상이 수여되는 등 총 10개 팀에 시상이 이뤄진다.

특히 충남도는 발굴된 우수 정책 제안을 ‘도민참여예산제’와 연계해 실제 반영될 수 있도록 사후 지원할 계획이다.

South Chungcheong Province and the Chungnam Social Service Agency are recruiting participants for the ‘2026 South Chungcheong Province Youth Policy Proposal Contest.’

This contest was planned to provide a stepping stone for youth to grow into democratic citizens by identifying local community issues and presenting alternatives.

Any youth aged 9 to 24 residing in the province or attending an educational institution within the province is eligible to participate, either individually or as a team.

The theme of the contest is ‘A Better South Chungcheong Province Created by Youth.’ Participants are encouraged to propose policies necessary for healthy and balanced growth in accordance with the intent of the 7th Basic Plan for Youth Policy (2023–2027).

The contest covers the entire spectrum of provincial administration, including ‘economy and employment, safety, culture and tourism, welfare and health, education, environment, regional decline, marine environment, transportation, and housing.’ Those wishing to participate must complete the preliminary registration via Naver Form by the upcoming 8th.

Afterward, they must complete the ‘Participatory Budgeting Education’ held online via ZOOM on the 16th, and then submit the formal application form via email (cnbongsai@daum.net).

The province will select 10 teams to advance to the finals through a document review on June 5, and the selected teams will be provided with the opportunity to receive consulting on their policy proposals from experts. Based on the revised proposals, the highly anticipated final competition will be held on August 13.

Awards will be presented in two groups, considering age groups: 9–15 and 16–24.

A total of 10 teams will receive awards, including the Grand Prize (1 team), which will be awarded up to 1 million won in prize money and the Chungnam Social Service Agency Director's Award.

In particular, Chungnam Province plans to provide follow-up support to ensure that the discovered excellent policy proposals are actually implemented by linking them with the ‘Provincial Citizen Participatory Budgeting System.’
