안전보건관리체계 내실화 및 3년 주기 현장 밀착 컨설팅 도입 

매월 ‘안전점검의 날’ 운영·전문업체 위험성 평가 등 선제적 대응 강화

세종특별자치시교육청이 교직원과 종사자의 생명을 보호하고 전국 최고 수준의 안전한 근로 환경을 구축하기 위한 ‘2026년 중대재해 예방 종합계획’을 발표했다.

이번 종합계획은 단순한 규정 준수를 넘어 교육공동체 구성원 모두가 체감할 수 있는 실무 중심의 안전 문화를 정착시키는 데 초점을 맞췄다. 주요 추진 과제로는 ,안전보건관리체계의 실무 내실화 ,유해·위험 요인의 선제적 차단 ,현장 참여형 안전문화 확산 등이 포함됐다.

우선 세종시교육청은 관내 모든 학교와 교육 행정기관을 대상으로 안전보건 의무이행 사항을 반기별로 꼼꼼히 점검한다. 특히 3년 주기의 정기 현장 점검과 맞춤형 컨설팅을 병행 도입해, 일선 현장에서 겪는 안전 관리의 어려움을 해소하고 관리 체계가 현장에 완전히 뿌리내릴 수 있도록 밀착 지원할 계획이다.

딱딱한 교육에서 벗어나 구성원들이 즐겁게 참여할 수 있는 안전 문화 프로그램도 눈길을 끈다. 교육청은 중대재해 예방 교육의 폭을 넓히는 동시에 ‘안전 퀴즈 골든벨’ 등 종사자들이 직접 참여하고 소통할 수 있는 콘텐츠를 도입해 안전 의식을 자연스럽게 내면화할 계획이다.
