열정 리포터 대전 지역 청년들의 꿈을 응원하고, 지역 기업의 성장을 돕기 위한 특별한 기회가 찾아왔다. 

대전일자리경제진흥원은 오는 2026년부터 '대전형 코업(co-op) 청년 뉴리더 양성사업'을 전개하며, 사업을 함께 이끌어갈 운영기관(대학)과 참여기업을 대대적으로 모집한다고 23일 밝혔다.

이번 '대전형 코업 청년 뉴리더 양성사업'은 지역 대학생들에게 기업 현장 기반의 생생한 일 경험을 제공하고, 실제 직무 역량을 강화할 수 있도록 돕는 데 중점을 두고 있다. 

선발된 대학생들은 3개월에서 4개월간 기업에서 직무연수를 수행하며 이론과 실무를 겸비한 미래 인재로 성장할 기회를 얻게 ㄷ된다.

진흥원은 이를 위해 최대 3개 내외의 운영기관(대학)과 약 60개사 내외의 참여기업을 연결하여 학생들의 실질적인 경험을 지원할 예정이라고 밝혔다.

운영기관으로 참여할 대학은 대전 소재 4년제 대학 및 전문대학 중 현장실습 운영이 가능한 전담 조직과 인력을 갖춘 곳을 대상으로 하며, 선정된 대학은 학생 선발부터 기업-학생 매칭, 그리고 사업 운영 전반을 책임지게 된다는게 진흥원의 설명이다.

운영기관 공모는 2월 6일 오후 6시까지 진행되고, 학생들과 함께 성장할 참여기업은 대전 관내에 3년 이상 사업장을 두고 고용보험 피보험자가 5인 이상(대표 제외)인 기업이면 신청 가능하다.

참여기업 모집은 이미 1월 22일부터 시작되어 상반기 중 수시로 진행되므로, 지역 인재와 함께 동반 성장을 꿈꾸는 기업들의 적극적인 관심과 참여가 기대된다.

The Daejeon Job and Economic Promotion Agency announced on the 23rd that it will launch the "Daejeon-Type Co-op Youth New Leader Training Program" starting in 2026 and is actively recruiting operating organizations (universities) and participating companies to lead the program.

This "Daejeon-Type Co-op Youth New Leader Training Program" focuses on providing local university students with real-world work experience and helping them strengthen their practical job skills.

Recruitment for participating companies began on January 22nd and will continue throughout the first half of the year. Active interest and participation from companies seeking to grow together with local talent is anticipated.
