대전시교육청이 학교급식 조리 인력의 근무 여건을 개선하고 안정적인 급식 운영 체계를 마련하기 위해 ‘조리실무사 대체전담인력’을 새로 채용한다.

이번 채용은 조리실무사가 병가나 휴가를 사용할 때마다 적절한 대체 인력을 확보하기 어려워 급식 운영에 차질이 빚어졌던 문제를 해결하기 위한 조치다. 

교육청이 직접 전담 인력을 고용해 관리함으로써, 학교 현장에서 요청이 들어오면 즉시 지원할 수 있는 체계를 구축할 예정이다.

모집 규모는 총 12명으로, 선발 절차는 공정성과 투명성을 원칙으로 진행된다. 

원서 접수는 1월 15일부터 20일까지 대전시교육청 별관 3층에서 이뤄진다. 

김희정 체육예술건강과장은 “대체전담인력 제도 도입으로 학교 급식이 중단되는 일이 없도록 현장을 적극 지원하겠다”며 “조리실무사들이 안심하고 휴가를 사용할 수 있는 환경을 만들어 근무 만족도를 높이겠다”고 강조했다.

The Daejeon Metropolitan Office of Education is hiring a new "Replacement Cooks" position to improve the working conditions of school meal cooks and establish a stable meal service system.
