충남도립대학교 라이즈 사업단이 부여군과 손잡고 지역 현안 해결을 위한 협력 성과를 공유하고 향후 발전 전략을 논의했다. 지역과 대학이 공동 기획·추진한 사업의 실효성을 점검하고, 협력 구조의 내실을 다지는 자리였다.

라이즈 사업단은 지난 8~9일 이틀간 부여롯데리조트에서 ‘부여 NEXT’ 성과공유 워크숍을 열고, ‘책 문화 여행 프로젝트’와 ‘취·창업 프로젝트’의 추진 결과를 종합적으로 살폈다. 행사에는 부여군청 관계자와 대학 구성원, 사업 참여자 등 70여 명이 참석해 지역 문제 해결형 사업에 대한 높은 관심을 보였다.

워크숍에서는 과제 담당 김주희 교수가 지역현안해결 사업의 추진 경과와 성과를 체계적으로 보고했고, 부여군 서인석 팀장은 책 문화 여행 프로젝트의 운영 성과와 현장 적용 사례를 공유했다. 참여자 발표를 통해서는 프로그램 참여 과정에서 확인된 지역 변화와 체감 효과가 전달됐다. 이어 지역과 대학의 역할 분담, 협력 방식의 정교화 등을 주제로 한 특강과 종합 토론이 진행됐다.

참석자들은 라이즈 사업이 단기 성과에 그치지 않기 위해서는 지역 수요를 정밀하게 반영한 과제 설계와 참여 주체 간 상시 소통이 필요하다는 데 의견을 모았다. 특히 문화 자원과 인적 역량을 결합한 프로젝트가 지역 정주 여건 개선과 청년 참여 확대에 기여할 수 있다는 점이 강조됐다.

유대준 충남도립대학교 라이즈 사업단장은 이번 워크숍을 계기로 부여군과의 협력 체계를 한층 강화해 과제 연속성과 실행력을 높이겠다는 방침을 밝혔다. 지역과 대학이 공동의 책임 아래 문제를 정의하고 해법을 축적하는 구조를 정착시킬 때, 라이즈 사업은 지역 혁신의 실질적 동력이 될 수 있다는 평가다.

Chungnam National University's RISE Project Team collaborated with Buyeo County to share the results of their collaboration to address local issues and discuss future development strategies. The event examined the effectiveness of jointly planned and implemented projects between the region and the university, and solidified the foundation of the cooperative structure.

The RISE Project Team held a two-day "Buyeo NEXT" performance sharing workshop at Buyeo Lotte Resort on May 8th and 9th, comprehensively reviewing the progress of the "Book Culture Travel Project" and the "Employment and Startup Project." Approximately 70 people, including Buyeo County officials, university staff, and project participants, attended the event, demonstrating strong interest in the local problem-solving project.

During the workshop, Professor Kim Joo-hee, in charge of the project, systematically reported on the progress and achievements of the project. Seo In-seok, team leader of Buyeo County, shared operational results and practical application examples of the Book Culture Travel Project. Presentations by participants conveyed the local changes and tangible benefits observed during the program's participation. This was followed by a special lecture and comprehensive discussion on topics such as the division of roles between local communities and universities and the refinement of collaborative approaches.

Attendees agreed that for the RISE project to go beyond short-term results, project design that precisely reflects local needs and ongoing communication among participating stakeholders are necessary. In particular, it was emphasized that projects that combine cultural resources and human resources can contribute to improving local living conditions and expanding youth participation.

Daejun Yoo, Director of the RISE Project at Chungnam National University, announced his intention to use this workshop as an opportunity to further strengthen the cooperative system with Buyeo County to enhance project continuity and execution. He believes that when local communities and universities establish a structure where they share responsibility for defining problems and accumulating solutions, the RISE project can become a real driving force for regional innovation.
