2025년 시가총액 55% 급증, 52조에서 81조 원으로 ‘수직 상승’ 

알테오젠·레인보우로보틱스 등 코스닥 상위 10위권 내 대전 기업 4곳 포진

대전 지역 상장기업들이 지난해 기록적인 성장세를 보이며 합산 시가총액 80조 원 시대를 열었다. 바이오와 로봇 등 첨단 기술주를 중심으로 기업 가치가 재평가받으면서, 대전이 명실상부한 ‘대한민국 혁신 경제의 중심지’임을 입증했다.

대전테크노파크(이하 대전TP)가 8일 발표한 자료에 따르면, 2025년 12월 말 기준 대전 지역 상장사 66개사의 합산 시가총액은 총 81조 2,282억 원으로 집계됐다. 이는 전년도 말(52조 3,055억 원)과 비교해 약 29조 원가량 불어난 수치로, 연간 성장률은 무려 55%에 달한다.

이러한 비약적 성장은 지난해 새롭게 증시에 입성한 4개 신규 상장사와 더불어, 기존 주력 기업들이 글로벌 시장에서 기술력을 인정받으며 몸값을 높인 결과로 풀이된다.

특히 코스닥 시장에서의 활약이 눈부시다. 대전의 대표 바이오 기업인 알테오젠은 시가총액 24조 508억 원을 기록하며 독보적인 1위 자리를 수성했다.

여기에 레인보우로보틱스(5위, 9조 1,276억 원) ,리가켐바이오(8위, 6조 3,592억 원) ,펩트론(9위, 5조 9,226억 원) 등 대전에 본사를 둔 기업 4곳이 코스닥 시총 상위 10위권(Top 10)에 대거 포진했다. 

대전의 전략 산업인 바이오와 로봇 분야 기업들이 대한민국 벤처 생태계의 질적 성장을 주도하고 있는 셈이다.

상장 행렬은 새해에도 이어질 전망이다. 지능형 고출력 레이저 솔루션 기업인 액스비스가 지난달 코스닥 예비상장심사를 통과하면서 2026년 상반기 상장을 앞두고 있다. 이는 지역 상장 저변 확대와 시총 추가 상승의 긍정적인 신호탄이 될 것으로 보인다.
