세종시가 19일 5-1생활권 L9블록에 들어서는 민영주택 ‘엘리프 세종 스마트시티’(424세대)의 공급을 승인했다고 밝혔다.

이번 사업은 계룡건설산업㈜, ㈜원건설산업, ㈜동광도시건설이 공동 시행하는 민영주택으로, 전용면적 59㎡·74㎡·80㎡·84㎡ 등 네 가지 평형으로 구성돼 실수요자의 선택 폭을 넓혔다.

공급 물량은 특별공급 252세대, 일반공급 172세대이며, 특별공급에는 기관추천·다자녀·신혼부부·노부모부양·생애최초 등 다양한 유형이 포함된다. 아파트는 지하 2층~지상 18층 규모로 15개 동이 들어서며, 총 주차대수는 766대(세대당 1.8대 수준)로 조성된다.
