충남교육청이 유아교육 현장의 현안 해결과 정책 실행력을 높이기 위해 교육전문직 간 소통과 협업의 자리를 마련했다.

이를 위해 충남교육청은 16일 도교육청 회의실에서 도내 14개 시·군 교육지원청의 유아교육 담당 장학사와 유아교육원 교육연구사를 대상으로 ‘2025 하반기 유아교육·유보통합 업무 교육전문직원 배움자리’를 운영했다고 밝혔다.

이번 배움자리는 하반기 유아교육 주요 과제를 안정적으로 추진하고, 유보통합 시범사업 등 당면한 정책 방향을 공유하기 위한 취지로 마련됐다. 참석자들은 교육전문직의 전문성과 현장 실행력을 높이는 동시에, 유아교육의 공공성 확대 방안을 집중 논의했다.

주요 논의 주제는 유치원 교육과정 내실화 ,방과후 과정·돌봄교실 운영 방안 ,유아교육 현장 지원체계 구축 ,사립유치원 회계 투명성 강화 ,유치원 평가 운영 ,유보통합 시범사업 추진 등으로 구성됐다. 더불어 교육재정·행정업무 전반을 아우르는 협의와 함께 2026학년도 유아모집에 대비한 사전 준비 방안도 다뤄졌다.
