대한민국 바이오헬스 산업의 중심지 대전에서 기술과 아이디어가 만나는 교류의 장이 열린다.

대전시는 오는 8일 대전신세계 엑스포타워 20층 D-유니콘라운지에서 제6회 ‘대전혁신기술교류회(DITEC)’를 개최한다고 밝혔다. 

이번 행사는 ‘대한민국 바이오헬스 혁신의 심장, 대전’을 주제로, 지역 내 출연연구기관과 바이오 기업, 창업가들이 참여해 연구 성과를 공유하고 실질적인 협력 가능성을 모색하는 자리가 될 전망이다.

이번 교류회는 1부 발표 세션과 2부 패널토론으로 구성된다.

발표 세션에서는 한국한의학연구원 박기선 책임연구원이 ‘엑소좀 기술을 활용한 장-뇌축 표적 치료’ ,한국생명공학연구원 김연구 책임기술원이 ‘동물세포 배양 기반 단백질 생산 인프라 및 기술이전 사례’를 각각 소개하며 주목받고 있는 최신 기술 동향을 공유한다.

특히 대학생 창업가인 ㈜BioFit 김범준 대표는 직접 개발한 반려견 눈물자국 개선용 영양제를 소개한다. 분말 코팅 공법과 산소 협착 최소화 기술을 적용해 반려동물 건강 분야에 신선한 접근을 시도한 사례로, 참석자들의 관심을 모을 것으로 기대된다.

이어지는 2부 토론 세션에서는 발표자와 참석자들이 함께 기술 상용화를 위한 협력 방안, 정책적 지원 방향 등을 놓고 심도 깊은 논의를 이어간다.

대전시는 이번 행사를 통해 대덕연구개발특구를 중심으로 형성된 첨단 바이오 생태계를 시민과 기업이 함께 체감할 수 있도록 한다는 구상이다.

최원혁 대전시 기업지원국장은 “대전은 생명공학연구원 등 세계적 연구기관과 알테오젠, 바이오니아 같은 혁신기업이 공존하는 대한민국 바이오헬스 산업의 거점”이라며 “산업계는 물론 창업을 준비하는 청년들, 일반 시민들까지 폭넓게 참여해 기술과 현장이 연결되는 생동감 있는 교류의 장이 되길 바란다”고 전했다.

A venue for biohealth innovation discussions, ‘Daejeon Innovation Technology Exchange’ to be held on the 8th

A venue for exchange where technology and ideas meet will be held in Daejeon, the center of the biohealth industry in Korea.

Daejeon City announced that it will hold the 6th ‘Daejeon Innovation Technology Exchange (DITEC)’ on the 20th floor of the D-Unicorn Lounge at Daejeon Shinsegae Expo Tower on the 8th.

In particular, CEO Kim Beom-jun of BioFit, a college student entrepreneur, will introduce a nutritional supplement for improving tear stains in dogs that he developed himself.
