충청남도교육청이 학교 내 성희롱·성폭력에 대한 체계적인 대응과 예방을 위해 전국 교육현장의 실무자들을 대상으로 맞춤형 연수 프로그램을 본격 운영한다.

충남교육청은 20일, 전국 시·도교육청 및 교육지원청, 각급 학교에서 성희롱·성폭력 관련 업무를 담당하는 실무자들을 대상으로 ‘사안처리 업무담당자 역량 강화 연수’를 비대면 방식으로 시작했다고 밝혔다.

이번 연수는 교육부의 국가시책 사업의 일환으로 오는 9월 19일까지 이어지며, 실무자들의 전문성을 높이고 학교 현장에서 보다 신속하고 공정한 사안처리가 가능하도록 실천적 역량 함양에 중점을 둔다.

연수 내용은 피해자 중심 접근, 2차 피해 예방, 관리자의 역할 강화 등 핵심 주제를 중심으로 구성되며, 이론과 실제를 접목한 다양한 방식의 프로그램이 마련됐다. 특히 △성희롱·성폭력에 대한 기본 이해 △학교 조직 내 특수한 맥락에 따른 사안 처리 절차 △대상별 대응 전략 등 현장 실무에 바로 적용 가능한 교육이 제공됐다.

더불어 실제 발생 사례를 바탕으로 한 토론과 실습, 사례 해설을 통해 연수 참여자들의 문제 해결 능력을 심화하는 시간이 마련되었으며, 이는 단순한 지식 전달을 넘어 실질적인 대응 역량을 강화하는 데 목적이 있다.

김지철 충남교육감은 “현장의 실무자들이 이번 연수를 통해 더욱 높은 전문성과 감수성을 갖추게 되기를 기대한다”며 “성희롱·성폭력으로부터 모두가 안전한 학교 환경 조성을 위해 충남교육청이 계속 앞장서 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.
