충남 당진시가 지난 19일 국민체육센터 다목적체육관에서 '2025 당진시 여성 맞춤형 취업박람회'를 성공적으로 개최했다. 이번 박람회는 구직 활동에 어려움을 겪는 여성들에게 실질적인 도움을 제공하고자 마련되었다.

'일(Job)상 속 새로운 시작, 여성일자리 한마당'이라는 슬로건 아래 진행된 이번 행사에는 여성 구직자 300여 명이 참여하여 뜨거운 관심을 보였다. 특히 신규 구직 등록 128명, 현장 면접 참여자 117명을 기록하며 높은 참여율을 보였다.

박람회에서는 JW생명과학, 인지에이엠티 등 18개 기업이 참여해 현장 면접 기회를 제공했으며, 여성 구직자의 눈높이에 맞춘 맞춤형 브랜딩, 체형 진단, 지문 적성검사, 이력서 사진 촬영 등 다양한 부대행사가 운영되어 큰 호응을 얻었다.

당진시 관계자는 "이번 박람회가 많은 여성이 자신에게 맞는 일자리를 찾고 새로운 도전을 시작하는 계기가 되었기를 바란다"며, "앞으로도 여성의 안정적인 경제활동 참여를 적극 지원하기 위한 맞춤형 프로그램을 지속적으로 추진하겠다"고 밝혔다.
