충남 천안시가 지역 스타트업 생태계 육성에 한층 힘을 실었다. 농협은행이 천안지역 창업기업을 위한 특례보증 재원으로 3억 원을 특별출연하며, 특례보증 사업 규모가 기존 54억 원에서 114억 원으로 두 배 이상 확대됐다.
