배우이자 웰니스 콘텐츠 기업 MAGO12 대표로 활동 중인 이승연 씨가 17일 늦은 저녁 한남대학교 56주년기념관에서 열린 ‘AI 기반 디지털혁신전략 최고위과정(DIP)’에서 특별 강연자로 나섰다.

이 씨는 이날 ‘AI와 함께하는 마음경영: CEO를 위한 멘탈 웰니스’를 주제로 강연을 진행하며, 기술 중심의 시대 속에서도 변하지 않는 리더십의 본질로 ‘마음의 힘’을 강조했다.

이 박사는 미중 기술 패권 경쟁, 기후변화, 저출산·고령화 등 복합 위기 속에서 대한민국이 직면한 산업적 도전에 대해 분석하며, 제조업 패러다임 전환의 열쇠로 핵융합 기술을 제시했다.

특히 한국형 초전도 핵융합 장치 ‘KSTAR’의 성과와 국제 핵융합 프로젝트 ‘ITER’ 참여 사례를 소개하며, 공공 R&D와 민간 스타트업의 협업을 통한 ‘투트랙 전략’의 필요성을 강조했다. 그는 “기술 상용화의 주체는 결국 기업과 시장”이라며 실용 중심 혁신의 방향을 짚었다.
