AI 전환(AIX) 전문기업 네비웍스가 인공지능(AI)과 확장현실(XR)을 접목한 훈련 솔루션을 통해 국내 치안 시스템 혁신에 앞장서고 있다. 네비웍스는 실전 대응 능력을 높일 수 있는 훈련 시뮬레이터와 통합 지휘 시스템을 앞세워, K-치안 기술의 세계화에 박차를 가하고 있다.

16일, 네비웍스에 따르면 자사가 개발한 ‘VTB-X’와 ‘메타아이즈(METAIEYES)’ 소프트웨어가 치안·보안·안전 분야 실무 훈련에서 뛰어난 성능을 인정받고 있으며, 이를 기반으로 경찰청과 함께 ‘경찰 훈련센터 구축 사업’을 본격적으로 추진 중이라고 밝혔다.

대표 솔루션인 ‘VTB-X(Virtual Training Block-eXercise)’는 초연결 기반의 스마트 훈련체계로, 경찰을 비롯해 군·소방·해양경찰 등 다양한 공공안전 기관에서 폭넓게 활용될 수 있는 시뮬레이션 플랫폼이다. 사용자 맞춤형 가상 시나리오를 제공해, 실제 사건에 준하는 환경에서 반복 훈련을 가능하게 한다.
