최대 3년 입주 가능…저렴한 임대료와 주거비 등 다양한 혜택

대전시와 하나은행이 공동 조성하고, 대전창조경제혁신센터(이하 대전혁신센터, 대표 박대희)가 운영하는 ‘대전 하나 스타트업 파크’가 오는 6월 18일까지 신규 입주 스타트업을 모집한다.

모집 대상은 우수 기술력을 보유한 창업 7년 미만의 스타트업이며, 이번 모집을 통해 총 3개 건물(H1 유성구 궁동, H2 유성구 궁동, H3 서구 월평동)에 마련된 27개실 규모의 입주 공간에 새 기업이 들어설 예정이다.

선정된 기업은 최대 3년간 입주할 수 있으며, 저렴한 임대료는 물론, 창업에 필수적인 공용 회의실·휴게 공간 등 인프라도 무상으로 제공받는다. 또한, 대전 지역에 거주 중인 임직원을 대상으로는 별도의 주거비 지원까지 제공되어, 초기 기업의 정착과 운영 안정에 실질적인 도움을 준다.
