대전시가 ‘일류경제도시’ 비전을 향해 나아가는 가운데, 바이오 신약개발 기업 ㈜인투셀의 코스닥 상장으로 대전 지역 상장기업의 시가총액이 역대 최고치를 경신하며 지역경제에 긍정적인 활력이 돌고 있다.

대전테크노파크에 따르면, 지난 5월 23일 항체약물접합체(ADC) 기반 신약개발 기업 인투셀이 코스닥 시장에 성공적으로 상장하면서 대전의 상장기업 수는 66개로 증가했고, 시가총액은 63조 357억 원으로 집계돼 역대 최고 수준을 기록했다.

2015년 창업한 인투셀은 리가켐바이오 공동 창업자 박태교 대표가 이끌고 있으며, 창업 10년 만에 증시 입성에 성공했다. 상장 첫날 공모가 대비 95.29% 오른 33200원에 거래를 마치며 시장의 높은 기대를 반영했다.
