한남대학교 AI기반 디지털혁신전략 최고위과정(DIP) 제7주차 수업이 5월 27일 한남대 56주년기념관에서 진행돼, 뜨거운 관심 속에 성황을 이뤘다. 

이날 수업은 특별히 오픈특강 형식으로 개최되어 DIP 원우 50여 명 외에도 외부 초청자들이 함께 참여해 강의장이 가득 찼다.

특강에는 전 KBS 아나운서이자 기업 스피치 전문가로 활동 중인 신은경 아나운서의 강의가 진행돼, 리더십과 커뮤니케이션에 대한 깊이 있는 통찰을 전해 주목을 끌었다.

‘말의 품격은 매출의 자릿수를 바꾼다’는 주제로 강단에 오른 신은경 전 아나운서는 수십 년간 방송 현장에서 다져온 언어 감각과 기업 컨설팅 경험을 바탕으로, CEO와 리더들이 갖춰야 할 스피치 전략과 품격 있는 언어 리더십에 대해 진정성 있게 풀어냈다.

특히 그는 “AI와 디지털이 아무리 발전해도 결국 사람을 움직이는 건 말의 힘”이라며, 언어야말로 비즈니스와 인생을 이끄는 리더의 핵심 도구임을 강조했다.

강의가 끝난 후에도 DIP 원우 및 외부 청강자들의 질문이 쏟아지며, 강의장은 끝까지 열기로 가득했다. 신은경 강사는 질문 하나하나에 진심 어린 답변을 이어가며, 말을 통한 신뢰와 영향력 구축이라는 본질적 가치에 대해 다시금 상기시키는 시간을 만들었다.

뒤이어 진행된 2교시에서는 중국 IP 전략 전문가 이종기 변리사의 ‘시진핑 시대의 IP 패권’ 강의가 이어졌고, 기술과 지식재산을 활용한 글로벌 전략이 소개되며 DIP 과정의 입체적 교육 목표를 드러냈다.

DIP 이가희 책임교수는 “디지털 전환의 시대에 리더의 언어 리더십은 곧 조직의 방향을 결정하는 중요한 전략”이라며, “신은경 강사의 강의는 리더가 갖추어야 할 품격과 영향력의 본질을 되새기는 뜻깊은 시간이었다”고 밝혔다.

한편, 한남대학교 DIP 과정은 기술과 전략, 리더십을 아우르는 융합형 커리큘럼으로 구성되어 있으며, 향후에도 다양한 전문가 초청 특강과 네트워킹 세션을 통해 리더들의 글로벌 역량 강화를 위해 지속적인 도모에 나선다.

The 7th week of the Hannam University AI-based Digital Innovation Strategy (DIP) High-level Course was held on May 27th at the Hannam University 56th Anniversary Memorial Hall, and was a great success with great interest.

In the second period that followed, a lecture by patent attorney Lee Jong-ki, a Chinese IP strategy expert, titled “IP Hegemony in the Xi Jinping Era” was given, and global strategies utilizing technology and intellectual property were introduced, revealing the three-dimensional educational goals of the DIP course.

DIP Professor Lee Ga-hee said, “In the era of digital transformation, a leader’s language leadership is an important strategy that determines the direction of the organization,” and added, “Professor Shin Eun-kyung’s lecture was a meaningful time to reflect on the essence of the dignity and influence that a leader must have.” Meanwhile, Hannam University’s DIP course is composed of a convergence curriculum that encompasses technology, strategy, and leadership, and will continue to strive to strengthen the global capabilities of leaders through various expert invitation special lectures and networking sessions in the future.
