충남 논산시는 귀농·귀촌인의 안정적인 농촌 정착을 지원하기 위해 '2025년 하반기 신규 농업인 귀농귀촌 기초영농기술' 교육생을 모집한다고 12일 밝혔다.

이번 교육은 7월 1일부터 9월 2일까지 총 10회에 걸쳐 논산시농업기술센터 농업인교육관과 선도 농가(선배 귀농인) 현장에서 진행된다. 교육 과정은 작물 재배 기술부터 농업 경영에 이르기까지, 귀농 초기 단계에서 필요한 실용적인 내용을 중심으로 구성된다.

특히, 딸기와 엽채류 재배, 스마트농업 기술, 유용 미생물 활용, 토양검정 및 시비처방, 귀농귀촌 지원정책 안내 등 다양한 주제가 포함된다. 또한, 선배 귀농인의 성공 사례와 농지은행 활용법, 농지 침수 유형 안내 등 현장에서 바로 적용할 수 있는 프로그램도 마련되어 있다.

교육 신청은 오는 6월 30일까지 논산으로 귀농을 희망하는 예비 귀농인, 신규 농업인, 청년 농업인을 대상으로 받는다. 교육 수료 요건은 전체 교육의 70% 이상 출석이며, 수료증이 발급된다.
