충청남도의회가 2027년 천안에 들어설 충남국제전시컨벤션센터의 성공적인 개장을 위한 본격적인 행보에 나섰다. 

도의회는 25일 대구 EXCO에서 ‘충남국제전시컨벤션센터 활성화를 위한 연구모임’의 발족식과 연구용역 착수보고회를 동시에 개최하며 MICE 산업 기반 마련에 시동을 걸었다.

이번 연구모임은 향후 개관 예정인 센터가 충남의 경제·산업 생태계에 실질적인 파급 효과를 줄 수 있도록 운영 전략과 기반시설 개선 방안 등을 종합적으로 모색하기 위해 구성됐다.
