대전테크노파크(원장 김우연)가 기관 경영진을 중심으로 한 윤리경영 강화에 시동을 걸었다. 21일 오전, 대전TP 어울림플라자에서 열린 ‘청렴 윤리교육 및 청렴 핸드프린팅 퍼포먼스’는 단순한 교육을 넘어 실천 의지를 상징적으로 보여주는 자리였다.

이번 행사는 국민권익위원회 산하 청렴연수원의 맞춤형 프로그램을 토대로, 청렴교육 전문기관인 연정에듀테인먼트 박연정 원장이 강사로 나서 부패 방지 제도, 윤리적 의사결정의 실제 사례 등을 중심으로 경영진에게 청렴 실천의 방향성과 책임을 제시했다.

특히 교육 후 이어진 ‘반부패·청렴경영 선포식’에서는 대전TP 경영진이 직접 손바닥에 잉크를 묻혀 청렴서약서에 도장을 찍는 퍼포먼스를 펼쳤다. 이는 청렴 실천을 단순한 선언에 그치지 않고, 손에 새기는 실천의 약속으로 승화시키는 상징적인 시도였다.

대전TP는 이러한 활동을 단발성 행사로 그치지 않고 조직문화 속으로 내재화하고 있다. 올해 상반기에는 전 직원 대상의 청렴 실천 10계명 선포, ‘청바지(청렴한 바른 지혜)’ 캠페인, 청렴 떡 나눔 행사 등을 이어오며 실질적인 청렴문화 확산에 주력하고 있다.

또한 부패 취약 분야에 대한 자체 점검 강화는 물론, 외부 평가를 적극 도입해 윤리경영의 객관성과 지속 가능성을 높이겠다는 방침이다.

김우연 대전TP 원장은 “청렴은 공공기관의 신뢰를 지키는 근간”이라며 “청렴 윤리교육과 실천 퍼포먼스를 통해 모든 임직원이 일상에서 윤리적 책임을 실현할 수 있도록 조직 문화를 체계적으로 개선해 나가겠다”고 강조했다.
