이재명 더불어민주당 대선 경선 후보가 19일 청주체육관에서 열린 충청권 경선 연설을 통해 “김대중·노무현·문재인 정부가 모두 충청의 선택으로 탄생했다”며 “이번에도 충청이 제4기 민주정부를 만드는 주체가 될 것”이라고 강조했다.
