충남교육청이 ‘충남형 늘봄학교’의 안정적 운영과 정책 실효성 강화를 위한 지원체계를 본격 가동한다.

교육청은 4월 18일 청양 칠갑산 NH호텔에서 ‘2025년 충남형 늘봄학교 정책지원단’ 위촉식을 갖고, 제1차 정책 자문 정기회의를 함께 열었다. 

이번에 출범한 정책지원단은 천안성정초 편도경 교장을 단장으로 총 22명으로 구성됐으며, 현장 경험과 전문성을 바탕으로 실질적인 정책 자문 역할을 수행하게 된다.

이날 회의에서는 충남형 늘봄학교 운영 계획을 비롯해 맞춤형 프로그램의 효율적 운영 방안 ,우수 사례 발굴 및 자료화 ,지역과 연계한 학교밖 늘봄교실 확대 ,안전 인력 확보 등 다양한 현안에 대한 심도 깊은 논의가 이뤄졌다.

정은영 충남교육청 초등특수교육과장은 “정책지원단의 집단지성이 충남형 늘봄학교의 지속 가능한 발전에 중요한 자산이 될 것”이라며, “교육청도 현장의 목소리가 정책에 반영될 수 있도록 적극 지원하겠다”고 밝혔다.

정책지원단은 앞으로 충남형 늘봄학교의 안정적 정착을 위해 운영 자문, 우수사례 개발, 정책 제안 등 다양한 영역에서 활동하며, 학교 현장을 밀착 지원하는 중추적 역할을 맡게 된다.

On April 18, the Office of Education held an appointment ceremony for the ‘2025 Chungnam-type Neulbom School Policy Support Group’ at the NH Hotel in Chilgapsan, Cheongyang, and held the first regular policy advisory meeting.

The newly launched policy support group consists of a total of 22 members, including Principal Pyeon Do-gyeong of Cheonan Seongjeong Elementary School, and will perform a practical policy advisory role based on field experience and expertise.

At the meeting, in-depth discussions were held on various current issues, including the Chungnam-type Neulbom School operation plan, efficient operation methods for customized programs, discovery and data collection of best practices, expansion of Neulbom classrooms outside of schools linked to regions, and securing safety personnel.

Jeong Eun-young, head of the elementary special education division of the Chungnam Office of Education, said, “The collective intelligence of the policy support group will be an important asset for the sustainable development of Chungnam-type Nuelbom School,” and added, “The Office of Education will also actively support so that the voices of the field can be reflected in the policy.” The policy support group will play a central role in closely supporting the school field by working in various areas such as operational consulting, development of best practices, and policy proposals for the stable establishment of Chungnam-type Nuelbom School.
