충청남도교육청 진로융합교육원이 도내 중학교 1학년을 대상으로 창의적이고 실질적인 진로 탐색 기회를 제공하는 ‘꿈디딤 진로융합활동’을 운영한다. 

올해는 도내 189개 중학교가 참여하며, 학생들은 다양한 주제를 통해 융합적 사고를 키우고 미래 직업을 체험할 수 있다.

‘꿈디딤 진로융합활동’은 ▲농업에 미래를 곱하다 ▲미래이동 ▲과학수사 ▲가상현실예술 ▲비정형 데이터 분석 등 31개 세부 프로그램으로 구성된다. 

학생들은 ‘주제열기-진로융합활동-공유하기’의 단계를 거쳐 주어진 주제에 대한 탐구와 실습을 진행하며, 이후 충남교육청의 진로이력관리 플랫폼인 ‘진로이음’에 활동 내용을 기록하고 관리할 수 있다.

특히 이번 프로그램은 학생 개개인의 관심과 적성에 맞춘 맞춤형 교육을 제공하는 것이 특징이다. 

교수 1인이 8명의 학생을 담당하며 개별화된 지도를 통해 창의융합적 사고를 유도하고, 자기주도적인 탐구 역량을 키울 수 있도록 지원한다. 이를 통해 학생들은 융합적 사고를 바탕으로 실질적인 성취 경험을 쌓고, 미래 진로 설계를 위한 자신만의 포트폴리오를 구축할 수 있다.

첫날 활동에 참여한 내포중학교의 한 학생은 “진로이음 플랫폼에서 사전 설문조사를 통해 나에게 적합한 주제를 선택할 수 있었다”며 “첨단 디지털 기기를 활용한 실습을 직접 경험하면서 미래 직업을 보다 현실적으로 이해하게 되었다”고 소감을 전했다.

고은자 충남교육청 진로융합교육원장은 “학생들이 다양한 진로융합 프로그램을 통해 한 단계 더 성장하고, 급변하는 미래 사회에 주체적 역할을 수행할 수 있도록 지원하겠다”고 밝혔다.

In particular, this program is characterized by providing customized education tailored to each student’s interests and aptitudes.

Each professor is responsible for eight students, and through individualized guidance, they induce creative convergence thinking and support the development of self-directed inquiry capabilities. Through this, students can gain practical achievement experiences based on convergence thinking and build their own portfolios for designing future career paths.

A student from Naepo Middle School who participated in the first day’s activity said, “I was able to choose a topic that suited me through a pre-survey on the Jinro-eum platform,” and “I gained a more realistic understanding of future jobs through hands-on experience using cutting-edge digital devices.”
