사단법인 지속가능도시공동체협회(이하 지도협)가 25일 대전에서 새롭게 출범했다.

지도협은 25일 오후 2시 대전 유성구 도룡동 소재 대전코리아콘텐츠랩 2층에서 정기 총회를 개최하고 공식 출범을 알렸다.

위임 회원을 포함해 45명의 회원들이 총회 의사결정에 참여한 이날 총회에서 지도협은 신임 회장과 이사 등 임원 선임 안건을 처리해 신임 회장으로 이가희 박사를 선임하고 5명의 이사진으로 이가희 회장과 김은현, 이동은, 손호철, 윤하영 회원을 만장일치로 선임했다.

신임 회장에 선임된 이가희 회장은 인사말에서 기존 도시공동체본부를 이끌어 온 장영춘 이사장 등 전임 임원들에게 감사의 인사를 전하고 "지속가능도시공동체협회로 새롭게 출범하는 만큼 협회에서 할 수 있는 다양한 사업을 통해 지속 가능한 공동체 실현에 앞장설 것"이라면서 "청소년을 위한 사업을 포함해 이주민과 탈북민 사회를 지원할 수 있는 사업을 준비해 성과를 내도록 할 예정"이라고 말했다.

이날 총회에서는 10개의 안건을 의결하고, 취약청소년 교육 및 상담 서비스 사업을 포함해 지속가능 정책 개발 및 연구 등 11개의 목적을 추가하는 사업 목적 변경(안)도 의결했다.

한편 지속가능도시공동체협회는 앞으로 대전과 세종, 충남 지역을 포함한 그 외 지역을 대상으로 지역 사무소를 설치해 사업 영역을 확장하기로 의견을 모았다.

The Sustainable City Community Association (hereinafter referred to as the Association) was newly launched in Daejeon on the 25th.

At the general meeting that day, 10 agenda items were passed, and a proposal to change the business objectives (proposal) to add 11 goals, including education and counseling services for vulnerable youth, as well as sustainable policy development and research, was also passed.

Meanwhile, the Sustainable Urban Community Association agreed to expand its business areas by establishing regional offices in Daejeon, Sejong, Chungnam, and other regions.
