충남 부여군은 공공건축물 건설 시 품질 향상과 안전한 시공을 위해 건설사업관리 감리용역을 통합 추진하여 약 52억 원의 예산을 절감했다고 21일 밝혔다.​

군은 설계용역비 1억 원 이상이 소요되는 공공건축물 건립 시 도시건축과 공공건축팀이 전담하여 수행하고 있으며, 이를 통해 전문적인 업무 처리와 재정 효율성을 동시에 달성하고 있다.​

작년과 올해 추진된 6개 사업의 개별 감리용역비는 총 104억 원에 달했으나, 감리용역을 통합 진행함으로써 약 52억 원의 예산 절감이 예상된다. 

특히 지난해에는 공립 치매전담형 종합요양시설, 장애인 복합형 보호시설, 카누 종합훈련센터 건설공사의 감리업무를 통합하여 약 32억 원의 예산을 절감했다. 

올해는 석성면 행정복지센터 건설공사 등 3건의 감리용역을 통합 진행하여 약 20억 원의 예산 절감이 기대된다.​

박정현 부여군수는 "공공건축의 방향성과 품질 향상을 위해 불필요한 비용과 행정력 낭비를 방지해 준 담당 공무원들에게 감사드린다"며 "재정 효율성을 높여 군민에게 더 나은 공공서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 노력하겠다"고 말했다.​

한편, 부여군은 앞으로도 공공건축물 건설사업의 품질 향상 및 양질의 건설공사를 위해 착공 시기, 현장 위치, 건설공정 등을 고려하여 건설사업관리 감리용역을 통합 추진할 계획이다.
