2027 충청 유니버시아드대회 조직위원회가 대회의 안전하고 신속한 수송 시스템을 구축하기 위한 첫걸음으로, 13일 조직위원회 대회의실에서 ‘제1차 수송·교통 전문위원회’를 개최했다.

이번 회의에서는 대회 기간 동안 참여자들의 안전하고 원활한 이동을 보장하기 위한 ‘2027 충청 U대회 수송 운영 기본계획안’과 각국 선수 대표단을 포함한 임원진의 ‘출입국 관리 기본계획안’에 대한 자문이 이루어졌다.

주요 논의 내용으로는 수송 차량 확보 ,최적의 수송 노선 구축 ,비상 상황 대응 체계 수립 등이 포함되었으며, 안정적인 대회 수송 서비스 지원을 위한 종합 수송 시스템의 적정성 평가와 클라이언트별 맞춤형 출입국 서비스 제공 방안도 폭넓게 다뤄졌다. 

또한, 공항과 숙소 간의 출도착 서비스 제공을 통해 효율적이고 편리한 입출국 관리 시스템 구축에 대한 구체적인 사항도 논의되었다.

수송·교통 전문위원회는 4개 시·도 지자체 관계자, 경찰청 관계자, 교통 분야 전문가 등 20명으로 구성되어 있으며, 앞으로도 지속적으로 협의하여 대회 수송 운영을 원활하게 진행할 예정이다.

조직위원회 이창섭 부위원장은 “수송은 대회의 원활한 운영을 위한 핵심 요소”라며, “이번 회의에서 나온 의견을 잘 반영하여 더욱 효율적이고 안전한 대회 수송 방안을 마련하겠다”고 밝혔다.
