대전테크노파크(원장 김우연, 이하 대전TP)가 4월 4일까지 지역 유망 중소·벤처기업의 투자유치 및 코스닥 상장을 체계적으로 지원하는 ‘기업 상장(IPO) 프로그램(7기)’의 참여기업 20개사를 모집한다고 13일 밝혔다.

대전TP는 카이스트(KAIST)와 협력하여 운영하는 이 IPO 프로그램은 유망 중소기업의 성장을 위해 기업상장, 인수합병(M&A), 투자유치 등을 전문적으로 교육하는 프로그램으로, 7년째 운영되며 참여기업들의 높은 만족도를 기록하고 있다.

올해 1호 상장기업인 오름테라퓨틱과 2호 상장기업 에르코스 농업회사법인은 모두 IPO 프로그램 수료기업이다. 

또 다른 수료기업인 인투셀도 최근상장 예비심사를 통과해 코스닥 상장을 앞두고 있다.

이번 프로그램은 IPO 준비와 실무, 자본조달 및 투자 실무 등 사례 중심의 교육을 더욱 강화하며, 선후배 기수 간의 네트워킹도 확장할 예정이다. DISA(Daejeon IPO&Scale-up Alumni)와의 협력 네트워킹을 통해 비즈니스 현업에서의 애로사항을 자문하고 해결할 수 있도록 지원한다.

지원 대상은 본사, 공장 등 주요 사업장이 대전인 3년 이상의 중소기업으로, 3년 이내 IPO 또는 M&A 희망 기업 ,글로벌 진출 및 대규모 투자유치 희망 기업 ,기업상장을 위한 전문적인 교육과 실무 자문을 받고 싶은 기업이면 신청 가능하다.

프로그램 참여를 희망하는 기업은 4월 4일까지 대전TP 누리집의 일반사업공고란에서 신청서를 다운로드 받아 이메일로 접수하면 된다. 

대전TP는 신청 기업을 대상으로 4월 중순까지 적격성 검토 및 심층 인터뷰를 통해 20개 기업을 선정하고, 4월 22일 오리엔테이션을 시작으로 11월까지 총 16회에 걸쳐 프로그램을 진행할 계획이다.

김우연 대전TP 원장은 “대전은 2월 말 기준 상장기업 누적 수 65개사, 시가총액 61조를 돌파하며 일류 경제도시로서의 면모를 드러내고 있다”며, “예비 상장기업들이 양질의 성장을 이룰 수 있도록 대전TP가 적극 지원할 것”이라고 밝혔다.

Daejeon Techno Park, recruiting companies to participate in the IPO program for promising SMEs and venture companies

Companies that wish to participate in the program can download the application form from the general business announcement section of the Daejeon TP website by April 4 and submit it by email.

Daejeon TP plans to select 20 companies through qualification review and in-depth interviews by mid-April and conduct the program for a total of 16 times from April 22 to November, starting with orientation.
