대전 중구가 돌봄이 필요한 지역 주민을 발굴하고 돌봄 사각지대를 해소하기 위한 노력의 일환으로, 13일 중구청 중회의실에서 통합돌봄사업 관계자를 대상으로 전문 교육을 실시했다고 밝혔다.

이번 교육은 2026년 3월 통합돌봄의 전면 시행에 대비하여, 통합돌봄 체계 구축 및 사업 이해도를 높이고 실무자들의 역량을 강화하기 위해 마련되었다. 구청 및 행정복지센터의 관련 직원 약 40명이 참석하여 적극적인 참여를 보였다.

교육에서는 류진석 충남대학교 사회복지학과 교수와 김영례 전 대전광역시 대덕구 통합돌봄정책팀장이 강사로 나서, 통합돌봄의 개념과 대덕구의 성공 사례를 중심으로 강의가 진행되었다.

김제선 중구청장은 “이번 교육이 돌봄이 필요한 이웃을 적극적으로 발굴하고, 보다 나은 통합돌봄 서비스를 제공하는 데 중요한 기초가 될 것”이라며, “중구만의 특화된 통합돌봄 서비스가 성공적으로 추진될 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 강조했다.

한편, 중구는 이번 교육에 이어 3월 21일에도 동 행정복지팀장과 담당자, 지역사회보장협의체 위원 등 80명을 대상으로 ‘돌봄통합지원 추진과 향후 준비과제’라는 주제로 유애정 건강보험연구원 통합돌봄연구센터장을 초빙하여 추가 교육을 진행할 예정이다.
