태안해양경찰서가 오는 3월 17일 충북 충주 조종면허시험장에서 동력수상레저기구 조종면허 특별 필기시험을 실시한다고 밝혔다.

이번 특별시험은 내륙 지역에 거주하는 국민들이 장거리 이동으로 인한 불편을 겪지 않도록 하기 위해 마련된 것으로, 직접 현장을 찾아가는 출장시험 형식으로 진행된다. 이를 통해 조종면허 취득 기회를 확대하고자 한다.

태안해경은 “응시자의 편의와 공익성을 고려하여 국민 중심의 행정서비스를 실현하기 위해 특별시험을 지속적으로 편성할 계획”이라며, “원거리로 인해 응시하지 못했던 지역 주민들의 적극적인 참여를 기대한다”고 전했다.
